Benny G. White

Mr. White was born in Franklin Kentucky and grew up for the most part in Middle Tennessee. Mr. White went to work in construction shortly after getting married and worked for several years as a form carpenter and concrete finisher. Eventually, Mr. White started his own construction business and ultimately prevailed in establishing a successful contracting business.

Mr. White is an alumnus of Western Kentucky University as well as the Nashville School of Law.

 Mr. White’s passion for criminal defense stems from his own life experiences and the opportunity to represent indigent defendants at the AA Birch Building in Downtown Nashville Tennessee. Although originally committed to only doing criminal defense, a request by his brother-in-law to represent him in a rear-end auto collision claim resulted in Mr. White pursuing a new area of practice that he truly enjoys as well.

In his free time Mr. White enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, and golfing when time allows.
